PTI Forum Terms of Service (TOS)

GENERAL CONDUCT GUIDELINES
1. All users, moderators & owners will be treated with kindness & respect. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Anyone that conducts themselves in a disrespectful manner will be issued a warning and their post will be edited, deleted or locked at the discretion of the moderator. Users who violate this policy will be removed from the forum at the discretion of the forum admins.

2. Links to any other retail sites are not permitted. Blog links will be permitted as long as the post in question is showcasing artwork of some kind and not promoting the sale of non-PTI products.

3. Out of respect for the Papertrey Team and their financial support of this forum, posts are no longer allowed to contain promotions of competing products from other companies. This includes inks, cardstock, envelopes, ribbon, twine, stamps, dies, felt or any other products that Papertrey Ink carries within the store.

4. Profanity of any form will not be tolerated. If a user opts to use profane language they will be issued a warning and their post will be edited, deleted or locked at the discretion of the moderator. Users who violate this policy will be removed from the forum at the discretion of the forum admins.

5. While we welcome the exchange of thoughts and opinions, it is important to be aware of the wording you select and remaining respectful to all parties that are concerned. No name-calling of any kind will be tolerated. Inappropriate threads or posts made in the spirit of "pot-stirring" will be edited, deleted or locked at the discretion of the moderator. Offending members will be issued warnings. Users who violate this policy will be removed from the forum at the discretion of the forum admins.

CUSTOMER SERVICE RELATED TOPICS & ISSUES
We have created a Customer Service Communication Center & Forum. It is a completely separate forum to handle ALL customer service issues. This is not just in regards to forum issues, but overall customer service communications. The new Customer Service Communications Center & Forum provides multiple features in one place for our customers...

https://papertreyink.zendesk.com/home . Customers can also open a CS issue by simply sending an email to. This will open a ticket and start the tracking process.


CUSTOMER SERVICE TICKET NUMBER GENERATOR:
Customers can submit their inquiries directly within this system and a ticket number will be generated for their issue. Customer Service representatives will then be able to log in directly to this site and provide answers for each specific ticket number. It will also be easier for both parties, you and customer service, to have a ticket number to use as reference point when dealing with individual issues.

The additional benefit of the system is that people will eventually be able to automatically recieve updates on their situation as things progress, like automated notices that their credit card has been credited or their missing item has been shipped out along with tracking info. This will streamline everything and make Customer Service much more efficient.

When your ticket has been "solved"...if you feel like your issue has not been addressed to your satisfaction, you can simply reply to the closure email, and the system will open up the ticket again and re-assign it to the closer.

CUSTOMER SERVICE FORUM:
There is a separate forum in this new area for people to discuss issues or ask general questions. This is monitored by Customer Service Representatives. Because this separate location is available, [b]customer service related posts will no longer be permitted on the regular forum here. If customer service issues are posted here, the thread will be deleted or locked at the discretion of the moderator. Forum members are asked to submit their issue or question via the Customer Service Communication Center & Forum.
